I will confirm your order, the estimated time of delivery and total cost including shipping within 24 – 48 hours via email.

Payment Methods
Mostly Merino accepts Master Card or Visa credit & debit cards, personal checks, money orders and PayPal.

Gift Certificates
Available for any amount over $25. There is no charge for mailing Gift Certificates. Gift Certificates are redeemable via this website or at any venue at which MOSTLY MERINO is a vendor.

Shipping Charges
USPS Priority Mail is MOSTLY MERINO’s standard delivery method. UPS or FEDEX by request. Rates via these carriers will vary and be quoted.

Patterns: $1.50
Yarn: $0 to $35 = $4.00
$35.01 – $65 = $6.00
$60.01 to $150 = $9.00
$150.01 and over = $12.00

Shipping to Canada
An $9 surcharge is added to the above shipping rates. Applicable duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Shipping to Foreign Countries
A $20 surcharge is added to the above shipping rates for priority mail service. Applicable duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.

Vermont State Sales Tax
All purchases shipped to addresses in Vermont are taxed.

Returns and Exchanges
Ordering a samples kit and swatching the mini-skeins is highly recommended. Orders (minus shipping charges) may be returned for exchange, credit or for a refund within 30 days. Items must be in the pristine condition in which they were received. Skeins must be in their original hanks, not wound into balls. Please include the reason for return along with the sales receipt, and your name, address (snail and email) and a daytime telephone number.

A Note About Yarn Color Accuracy
MOSTLY MERINO yarns are hand-dyed and therefore subject to some color variation between dyelots. Variations in browser characteristics and individual monitor settings will also affect color accuracy.
Colors are best viewed on a sample card, available for $8.00, refundable with any purchase over $100.
